Types of data

Server log files

The hosting services we use are designed to provide the following services: infrastructure and Platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, security services, and technical Maintenance services that we use for the purpose of operating this website.

We, respectively our hosting provider, process stock data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta-and communication data of customers, interested parties and visitors of this website based on our legitimate interests in an efficient and safe online service according to art. 6 para 1 lit. In the meaning of article 6 (1) lit. f. DSGVO we, respectively our hosting provider, collect data about each access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). These data include the name of the retrieved Web page, file, date and time of retrieval, transferred data quantity, message about successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the Requesting provider.

LogFile information are memorized for a maximum of 7 days for security reasons (e.g. for the investigation of abuse or fraud actions). Then tehy will be deleted. If data need to be memoreized for further evidence reasons, they are excluded from the deletion until the final clarification of the respective incident is done.

Provision of contractual services

For the purpose of using our online services, we store the IP address and the time of the respective user action. The storage takes place on the basis of our legitimate interests, as well as the user's protection against misuse and other unauthorized use. We will not share these data with third parties, unless it is necessary for the pursuit of our claims or there is a legal obligation according to art. 6 (1) lit. (c) DSGVO.

The data will be deleted after the expiration of legal warranty and similar obligations, the necessity of storing the data is checked every three years; In the case of statutory archiving obligations, the deletion takes place after its expiration. Information in any customer account will remain until it is deleted.
