Flat grinding of distance rings, which is in particular responsible for the concentricity deviation of our spindles.
The centre height and the parallelism of the axis of the diamond roller unit are coordinated during the flat grinding.
Quality control of the components
Once the production is finished, all components are carefully checked to guarantee a smooth assembly.
The checking of the components is carried out with the help of state-of-the-art electronic devices.
Assembly
We carry out the assembly of the single components, which have been checked beforehand, with high motivation, a great deal of concentration and under personal responsibility.
All the same, we are not prepared to compromise on the purchase of elements such as e.g. spindle bearings, seals, and engines. We exclusively use components purchased from certified and well-known manufacturers.
Once the assembly is completed, each diamond roll arbor, each dressing spindle and grinding spindle is subject to a grease lubrication run and a running-in.
That is why we can guarantee that the spindle is ready for operation, and can thus be used immediately.
Final check and test run
Once assembled, each spindle and each device is carefully checked. In this process, we compile an inspection record including all measurements as well as round run and axial run reports.
We also check temperature and the body acoustic sensor. The inspection record is sent to the purchaser on delivery.
Each component is labelled with a serial number, which enables us to retrace the date of production and delivery.
Our products in use
A diamond truing device with twin-grip high precision bearings is dressing a 200 mm grinding wheel.
This water-cooled motor spindle with 20 kW power is used to activate a grinding wheel of 700 mm in diameter and 100 mm width.
